Cyber Education & Awareness

Practical cyber education shaped around your people and the risks your organisation faces. From staff phishing awareness to invoice fraud training for finance teams and leadership threat briefings, we make cyber risk understandable and the actions relevant to each role.

What you can expect

Learning that connects
with everyday work.

Your people bring different roles, pressures and experience. We shape the topics, examples and delivery around that context, so the learning feels relevant and the next steps are clear.

  • Relevant to the audience

Finance teams can focus on invoice fraud and payment checks, HR on sensitive staff information and customer facing teams on impersonation. Each session reflects the audience’s responsibilities.

  • Interactive and approachable

Discussion, demonstrations, message examples and guided learning activities give people space to ask questions and build understanding at their own level.

  • Clear actions to carry forward

People learn how to verify a concern, follow the organisation’s reporting process and ask for help promptly, including when a mistake has already happened.

  • Flexible around your organisation

Choose a focused session, leadership briefing, workshop or programme across teams. Remote and in person delivery can be agreed.

Experience across audiences.
Learning at the right level.

Our experience spans teaching young people in schools and extracurricular clubs such as Scouts and cadets, alongside instructing and briefing young trainee soldiers, graduates, people changing careers and executive leadership, including delivery in multiple languages. That breadth informs how we adapt the pace, language and depth of each session to the people in the room.

We agree the audience, topics, session length, delivery arrangements and practical takeaways before starting. Education works alongside your technical protections and business processes. It helps people make informed decisions, but cannot eliminate human error or prevent every attack.

The learning in practice

Relevant to your people.
Grounded in your business.

From everyday phishing awareness to leadership threat briefings, the starting point is what your people need to understand. Explore three learning focuses that can be adapted or combined around your roles, risks and priorities.

Confidence with everyday messages.

Staff and customer facing teams

Make suspicious messages easier to recognise and report.

Examples, demonstrations and discussion are tailored to the tools your people use, the requests they receive and your own verification and reporting processes.

    Understand the tactics

Explore how phishing and impersonation use trust, urgency and familiar business requests to influence people.

  2. 02

A tailored learning focus

Different responsibilities. Different learning needs.

Finance teams: invoice fraud and payment security

Learn how false invoices, supplier impersonation and requests to change bank details can appear in everyday finance work, using relevant examples and discussion.

  2. 02

    Strengthen payment checks

Build confidence in independently verifying payment changes through trusted contact routes and following your organisation’s approval controls.

  3. 03

    Know when to escalate

Understand how to raise an unusual request or suspected fraud promptly, including after a payment has been made. We connect the learning to your internal reporting arrangements.

A tailored learning focus

Clarity for the people leading the business.

Boards, executives and managers

Turn cyber complexity into informed oversight.

A tailored briefing connects the threat picture to your organisation’s priorities and maturity, using language and depth appropriate to your leadership team.

  1. 01

    Understand exposure

Build a clear picture of relevant threats, business dependencies and how cyber risk can affect your organisation.

  2. 02

    Weigh the priorities

Discuss where leadership attention, investment and assurance can make the greatest difference, informed by your existing findings and concerns.

  3. 03

    Lead with confidence

What is Cyber Education and Awareness?

It is practical education that helps people recognise cyber risks, respond appropriately and know when to ask for help. Sessions are tailored to the organisation, the audience and the risks they encounter at work.

Which topics can you cover?

Topics can include phishing, social engineering, AI enabled scams and impersonation, passwords and MFA, data handling, remote working, suspicious activity, incident reporting, invoice fraud, business email compromise and leadership responsibilities. We select topics around the risks and responsibilities of the audience. Leadership threat briefings connect relevant threats to your business context and priorities.

Is it suitable for leaders as well as staff?

Yes. We tailor the content for staff, managers and strategic leadership. Finance teams can focus on false invoices, supplier impersonation and payment verification. HR and customer facing teams receive learning relevant to their responsibilities, while leadership threat briefings support department heads, executives and boards.

How interactive are the sessions?

Delivery can combine presentations, discussion, phishing message examples, demonstrations, guided learning activities and facilitated Q&A. The aim is to build understanding and confidence in an approachable environment. Rehearsing a crisis response is a separate Tabletop Exercises service.

What session formats are available?

Choose a focused awareness session of up to 60 minutes, a 90 minute leadership threat briefing, a half day workshop of approximately 3 to 4 hours or a full day programme of approximately 6 to 8 hours. We can also shape a bespoke programme across several days or audiences. The format and duration are agreed around your learning objectives.

What teaching and briefing experience informs the service?

Our experience spans teaching young people in schools and extracurricular clubs such as Scouts and cadets, alongside instructing and briefing young trainee soldiers, graduates, people changing careers and executive leadership, including delivery in multiple languages. We adapt the pace, depth and approach to the audience. Any language requirements are discussed when scoping the engagement.

Can you tailor a programme across several teams?

Yes. A bespoke multi day or multi audience programme can use different content for teams, managers and leaders. Audience size, business context, delivery requirements and priority threats shape the quote.

How is the engagement quoted?

We agree a tailored quote based on the audience, topics, preparation, session length and delivery arrangements. Your proposal makes the included sessions, responsibilities and practical takeaways clear. Any additional work is agreed before it starts.

Can sessions be delivered remotely or in person?

Yes. Remote sessions or in person delivery can be agreed around your audience and format. We confirm the venue or platform, group size, participation arrangements and any travel requirements as part of scoping.
